One of the key objectives of this MOU is to spur innovation in semiconductor manufacturing. By combining our resources, both parties intend to explore novel techniques, materials, and approaches that can enhance performance, reduce costs, and meet evolving market demands. Joint R&D initiatives will concentrate on identifying methods to increase production throughput while maintaining a high standard of product reliability. This synergy of knowledge, capabilities, and shared vision will help in tailoring manufacturing processes to align with the specific requirements of different industries and applications.

Another important aspect of this partnership lies in developing comprehensive outsourcing services. Both companies will look at ways to streamline the supply chain, from procurement to final testing. By optimizing operations and coordinating closely on project timelines, we expect to shorten lead times and reduce potential bottlenecks. This holistic approach to outsourcing ensures that clients will receive a dependable flow of products and services, strengthening the resilience of the semiconductor sector of Vietnam and the South East Asian region.

A key benefit of this cooperation is the opportunity it provides to cultivate a highly skilled workforce. As part of the agreement, both Vietnam Wafer and CT Semiconductor will exchange technical insights, develop training programs, and offer professional development sessions aimed at deepening expertise within the industry. These collective efforts will not only benefit our two organizations but also have a positive impact on Vietnam’s broader high-tech landscape. By nurturing talent and know-how at home, we believe Vietnam will further solidify its position as a hub for semiconductor manufacturing.
